First thing to do is to prepare the materials you will need in making your cart.
- Six pieces of 1-inch schedule 40 PVC T-joints
- Two pieces of 1-inch 90-degree with forty PVC elbows
- Twenty feet of 1-inch schedule 40 PVC pipe
- Cement for PVC
- Cleaner for PVC
- Saw
- Zip ties
- Carpet Scraps
- two wheels and a thirty six inch axle
- Four pieces of 1-inch schedule forty PVC caps

After preparing the materials you can start assembling the beach cart

Divide the PVC into pieces, three pieces of 1-inch, two 3-inches, and one piece of 18-inch. Make sure to clean the all the pipes including T’s using PVC cleaner. Right after the cleaning process, you can now paint the PVCs with the cement for PVCs and get it ready for connecting. Connect 3 pipes in an equal straight line and two T’s with it. This process will make your axle and if ever you have made an axle just do adjustments to the process and sizes.

At the first axle assembly you made, associate two 15-inch pipes and cement it to the T-joint pipe. At the upper portion of the straight up pipes, connect two more T-joint pipes straightly and facing upward.

Now, cement the 2 90-degrees elbows at the every ends of 4 ft. pipes. To create the handle of the cart, cut eighteen inch piece of PVC and associate it at the middle of elbow pipes using the cement.

To assure softness and good look of your cart, wrap it with carpet scarps. Use the Zip the ties to connect it efficiently to the pipes.

Attach the two PVC pipe caps at the shaft of an axle. Make holes at the end of the caps and it will serve as the way where you can tie it all over. You can now thread the plat formed washers in between the wheels and the caps. Using cotter pins, you can associate the wheels at the bottom pipes.
